A coworking desk is a service for one person which is always available. Cost-effective and flexible. This option is intended for people who occasionally need office space to work. Our offices are fully equipped with office furniture as well as all the necessary infrastructure and facilities for you to start working immediately.

We offer cost-effective, flexible, and uniquely located space. Our offices are new, located in a business skyscraper in Zagreb city centre at the address Savska cesta 41, Zagreb – 9th and 15th floor. Whether you are a company looking to improve and grow your business, or a company looking for a more professional appearance in the market, we can provide you with cost-effective and flexible space so that you are instantly equipped with everything you need for your work. Our top priority is to offer a complete and versatile solution to your needs, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improve the services you offer, and increase your business profitability. We are an independent domestic company providing personal service of the highest standard and we operate in Croatia and Slovenia.

Prices and additional options

The monthly rent for office space with all expenses paid is 200 EUR + VAT. No additional charges!

The price includes all utility costs (energy, internet, cleaning, space, secretary, etc.) and the use of common areas.

The equipped co-working space includes:

  • private lounge room for meetings on the 9th floor (20 m2) subject to availability;
  • drop-in lounge room for meetings on the 15th floor (10 m2) subject to availability;
  • use of common areas (terrace, kitchenette, restroom, lounge);
  • storage/archive on the first floor of the garage (direct access through the garage ramp 24/7 with security and video surveillance);
  • reception service (customer reception on the 9th floor);
  • Virtual Office STANDARD package;
  • Voffice.hr application;
  • notice of mail due and delivery of incoming mail;
  • 24/7 availability;
  • dedicated optical internet line through Terrakom (LAN & Wi-Fi);
  • overhead costs;
  • office cleaning;
